How do I customize the adidas mondschermer?


- Put the mouthguard in boiling water for a maximum of 20 seconds
- then keep it under the cold tap for 1 second and then put it into the mouth immediately
- with fingers and tongue to fit to upper teeth
- then put the lower teeth in the bit and suck on the bit

That way the bit fits perfectly. If the bit is not right immediately, you can repeat the above manual up to 2 times.
