We strive to send your products as quickly as possible.

If everything is in stock, we aim to organize the shipment within a maximum of 48 hours.

The delivery speed also depends on your choice of carrier. UPS delivers within a few days depending on the distance. Mondial Relay takes 3 to 4 days for delivery to a relay point in Belgium, and slightly longer for France and other countries. Of course, you have the option to pick up your order at the store.

We offer delivery with Mondial Relay for orders over €50 to Belgium and Luxembourg. For France and the Netherlands too, but only for orders weighing less than 10 kg. This is our way of showing appreciation for your continued support. Please note, however, that this only applies to deliveries to relay points. (Mondial Relay also offers home deliveries, for which we do not offer free delivery).

If you order products from multiple different brands, it may take us a little longer to gather all the items.

We always aim to ship within a maximum of one week.

We are a family-owned business, and despite our best efforts, we do make mistakes. If your order is delayed too much, please don't hesitate to contact us to check the status. If there is a particular deadline, such as a competition or birthday, please let us know.

After selecting your products, you can opt for delivery via Mondial Relay. You have the flexibility to choose a convenient location, such as your local bookstore or any other designated drop-off point, for parcel collection. Once your order is finalized, we take care of the entire delivery process. Your package will be securely transported to the selected location. You will receive an email containing the tracking number provided by Mondial Relay, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Please note that Mondial Relay has specific shipping rules in place. The maximum weight for a product is 30 kg, and the maximum length should not exceed 120 cm. Additionally, the sum of the width, length, and height should not exceed 150 cm. Make sure your products adhere to these guidelines to ensure a smooth and timely delivery process. Also, remember that you have 10 days to pick up your order from the designated location.

We offer you the possibility to exchange or refund a product for any reason (the product doesn't fit, it's not what you expected, you changed your mind, etc.), as long as the product hasn't been used or damaged. If that's the case, no refund or exchange can be considered. Please note that we only refund or send another product once the original product has been returned at the customer's expense. The customer can organize the return as they wish, they can bring it back to the store themselves or use the shipping method of their choice.
